“From the very first meeting with Louise I knew we were in safe hands and she made a very sad and difficult time the best it could be.

Louise was in constant communication with us and especially my elderly mum, taking the trouble to drop round hard copies of the script and ringing checking in with her which my mum really appreciated.

On the day of the funeral, Louise delivered the script beautifully and everyone commented how lovely it was. After the funeral, Louise continued to go over and above by posting the script to a family member who could not fully access the service due to hearing issues and this was gratefully received.
